For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of global business leaders (including CEOs from Sephora, Adobe, LinkedIn, Home Depot, Dell, Ikea and Bank of America) helping them to step into more powerful ways of leading, aligning their organizations behind compelling visions, strategies, and cultures and igniting extraordinary team performance.
I have always been obsessed with the question what makes an extraordinary leader and company? How do we help the most powerful institutions on the planet operate in a way that gets results while honoring the people, resources and planet we all depend on?
My background is diverse. I have worked as a journalist for The Wall Street Journal, built and sold companies, run a large consulting organization at the forefront of corporate social responsibility, and, for the last 12 years, been a managing partner at a leading consulting group supporting CEOs and founders through team transformation and executive coaching.
In my coaching I also draw from frameworks like Internal Family Systems, New Ventures West Executive Coaching programs,, the Enneagram, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, StrengthsFinder, The Leadership Circle, and mentorships with visionaries like Byron Katie, Tony Robbins, Gabor Maté, and Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés.

A seasoned consultant and coach, I have spent over 25 years helping leaders, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential. I thrive on supporting clients develop and align behind a compelling vision and strategy, solve complex problems, and strengthen their capacity to lead through growth and transformation – with confidence and authenticity.
I came into consulting almost by accident, not realizing there was a path that could integrate strategy, leadership, and culture. I discovered that this intersection is where I do my best work. Through both consulting and executive coaching, I help leaders set an exciting direction, navigate change, and drive meaningful results.
I grew up in a close-knit Japanese-Chinese family that valued hard work, integrity, and continuous learning. Those values have shaped who I am today and continue to guide how I show up — both in life and in my work. Today, outside of work, my two daughters are my greatest teachers. They remind me daily of what truly matters — love, presence, and authenticity — and keep me grounded in how I want to move through the world.
My work is about helping leaders and teams do the same: lead with purpose and create environments where people and performance can thrive.
